I am a true dog lover and I have 7 dogs: a welsh terrier, a fox terrier two standard poodles, a miniature poodles and two miniature schnauzers.
I have been grooming since 2000 and teaching grooming since 2005. I am a strong believer in qualifications and as a result I have a BA in International Business, City and Guilds 7750/03 in Dog grooming, The Certificate in Competence in Cat Grooming and a City and Guilds 7303/03 in teaching. I have obtained The Higher Diploma in Dog Grooming and I have been awarded a L.C.G.I in Dog Grooming. I am also one of only 20 members who have acheived a high enough standard to be on the Guild Of Master Groomers
I am the owner of Dogs Delight, a successful grooming salon and City and Guilds Satellite Grooming Training Center in London. I am also a City and Guilds examiner for the Diploma in Dog Grooming.
I have a keen interest in improving the grooming industry and furthering my grooming skills in terms of qualifications and competing. I have won many awards at grooming competitions both in the UK and internationally.
I can competently groom most breeds to show standard and have a particular interest in poodles and hand stripping. I am currently the UK number one for handstripping as I have won many competitons with my Welsh Terrier ‘Clark':
I am a regular writer for Total Grooming Magazing and Progroomer Magazing and I have been asked to participate in several grooming videos (some of which can be found on youtube).
